Kailyn's Natural Homemade Soap

 

When looking for something for our daughter's eczema, we gained a better understanding of what ingredients are in the products we use at home.  My (Sheri's) mom came up with some wonderful soap recipes and we are happy to be able to share these with others! 

We use high quality ingredients in our soaps.  Fragranced with pure essential oils, herbs and nutrients, and some with fragrance oil.  The soaps are all hand-stirred and poured.  They are then hand cut and aged for 20-30 days.  We find that most people who try this soap can never go back to the harsh bar soaps they were using before.

We have a pure and simple bar of soap with no colors or scents added which is for the most sensitive of skin.  However, all of our soaps are gentle.

Pure Lavender  - A clean pure bar with lavender essential oil.

Patchouli Lime – Rich and earthy patchouli fragrance, brightened up with fresh lime zest oil.  Ingredients: Distilled Water, Aloe Vera Juice, Olive, Coconut and Castor Oils with Shea Butter, Lime and Patchouli Essential Oils

Citrus Blend, with Shea Butter– A fresh fragrance with zest of lemon, orange and lime tinged with the floral notes of a citrus grove in bloom.  Ingredients: Distilled Water, Aloe Vera Juice, Olive, Coconut, Avocado and Castor Oils with Shea Butter, Citrus Blend Essential Oil

Apple Jack - The wonderful scent of a fresh apple pie!

Apple Jack & Orange Peel - Uplifting combination of sweet apple and fresh orange peel.


Holiday Spice - The scent of the holidays.  With clove and a hint of cinnamon essential oils.  A wonderful "fall" scent that is great any time of year.


Aloe Vera Soap – No scent and no color, just a pure Aloe Vera juice soap.  Ingredients: Distilled Water, Aloe Vera Juice with Olive, Coconut and Castor Oils

Extra Bubbly with Soft Scent – A wonderful, thick lather comes from this soap.  Ingredients: Distilled Water, Aloe Vera Juice with Olive, Coconut and Castor Oils with Soft Scent Fragrance Oil

Honey Oat – The soft scent of raw honey and oats in a bar of soap.  Ingredients: Distilled Water, Olive, Coconut, and Castor Oils with Shea Butter, Raw Honey, Whole Oats and Soft Scent Fragrance Oil

Patchouli Orange - Rich and earthy patchouli fragrance freshened up with orange zest oil.  Ingredients: Distilled Water, Aloe Vera Juice, Olive, Coconut and Castor Oils with Shea and Red Palm Butter, Orange and Patchouli Essential Oils.  Paprika provides color swirl!

Oatmeal with Lavender - The relaxing scent of lavender combined with the gentleness of oatmeal.

Sandlewood and Jasmine – A woodsy fragrance with a hint of floral.  Ingredients: Distilled Water, Aloe Vera Juice, Olive, Coconut and Castor Oils with Shea Butter and Lard.  Sandlewood & Jasmine Fragrance oils

Seaberry - A gentle soap with the scent of ocean breezes and tropical flowers.

Earth -  An earthly blend of citrus and floral, sensual clove and rose with a patchouli base all combined in a cleansing, bubbly soap.

Summertime Flowers – A fresh scent of summertime flowers!  Ingredients: Distilled Water, Aloe Vera Juice, Olive, Coconut and Castor Oils with Shea Butter and Bella Fragrance Oil

Sweet Orange – A fresh citrus scent, like freshly pealed oranges.   Ingredients: Distilled Water, Aloe Vera Juice, Olive, Coconut and Castor Oils with Red Palm Butter and Orange Essential Oil.  Paprika provides a color swirl.

Sweet Summer –  Ingredients: Distilled Water, Aloe Vera Juice, Olive, Coconut, and Castor Oils with Shea Butter, Amber Romance Fragrance Oil

Woodland – A wonderful scent for men… and women too!  Woodsy, yet light with hints of Sandalwood, Lavender, Cedar Leaf and Patchouli.  Ingredients: Distilled Water, Olive, Coconut and Castor Oils, with Sandalwood, Lavender, Cedar Leaf and Patchouli Essential Oils.

 

 

 Soap Pockets

 To get the most out of your handmade soap, consider adding a "soap pocket" to your order.  Soap pockets capture the smaller pieces of soap so you can use every last drop.  The pockets are handmade out of a washable cotton and also make a great gift with your homemade soap.

Available in a variety of colors.  If you don't see a color you like, just ask!  We take requests.
